About the Role
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support churn analytics and reporting initiatives within the G Fiber organization. This role is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for building scalable data solutions and migrating legacy reporting into the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL
Design, create, and manage structured tables in BigQuery
Develop dashboards, reports, and Looker views aligned with business requirements
Rebuild and migrate legacy reporting into GCP (BigQuery + Looker)
Perform ad-hoc churn and customer behavior analysis
Collaborate with BI and data teams to refine or source required datasets
Work with granular, large-scale datasets (millions of rows, account-level data)
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong proficiency in SQL (Google SQL or similar dialects)
Hands-on experience with BigQuery (table creation, querying large datasets)
Proven experience with Looker, including:
LookML
Semantic layer
Dashboard/report development
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Ability to analyze granular, timestamp-level data
Demonstrated ability to build data solutions end-to-end (not just analysis)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecom, ISP, or subscription-based businesses
Exposure to churn, retention, or customer lifecycle metrics
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
Experience supporting business decision-making through BI tools
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–8 years of experience (up to ~10 years if highly hands-on)
Equivalent to mid-level (L4) — strong executor, not overly senior
Builder mindset: creates, owns, and delivers data assets
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Able to quickly adapt to evolving business requirements
