Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, along with hands-on knowledge of BI tools and query languages.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
β’ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
β’ Write and optimize queries using SQL and other data tools to extract and validate data.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems.
β’ Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows where possible.
β’ Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
β’ Strong working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
β’ Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, SAS, or R is a plus.
β’ Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in industry Retail Utility.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
β’ Ability to work in an onsite or hybrid environment, if required.
