Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, along with hands-on knowledge of BI tools and query languages.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
• Write and optimize queries using SQL and other data tools to extract and validate data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows where possible.
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, SAS, or R is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in industry Retail Utility.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Ability to work in an onsite or hybrid environment, if required.
