Expected Duration: 4+ Months Potential Extension/Conversion: (High potential for extension ) Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) Pay Range: $75 /hr on w2 Important Note We’re specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience working with Salesforce data and regularly writing SQL queries, and who demonstrate strong ownership in delivering work end-to-end. Position Overview We’re hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a high-impact Distribution M&A team. This is not just a reporting role — we’re looking for someone who owns data end-to-end, solves problems independently, and drives insights that influence business decisions. If you have strong experience in SQL, Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, this is a great opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Support account matching and mapping processes ensuring data accuracy and consistency • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business decision-making • Analyze complex datasets from Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake • Identify trends, anomalies, and data gaps • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency • Investigate and resolve data issues independently • Take full ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion Required Skills • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis • Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets (data modeling, analysis) • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Accounts, Opportunities, Reporting) • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred / Nice to Have • Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, or similar BI tools • Exposure to M&A, data mapping, or data integration processes • Understanding of business operations (Sales, Marketing, Support) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analysis Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support employees' health and well-being.
