Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst Join our Business Intelligence team to support reporting and automation initiatives across Commercial Analysis. You’ll work with Revenue Analytics, Technology, and Data teams to design data models, build insightful dashboards, and deliver actionable reports for users at all levels. Key Responsibilities: • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear deliverables • Design data models and reporting solutions with Technology/Data teams • Develop organized reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business decisions • Align reporting assets with long-term BI strategy • Identify and curate new data sources and datasets • Use automation to monitor data quality and report accuracy • Support ad-hoc and self-service reporting needs • Train users on reporting tools and dashboards • Ensure secure, timely report distribution via BI platforms (MicroStrategy, Alteryx, Redshift) • Collaborate on product lifecycle and feedback with Analytics Product team • Optimize data processes with DBA team • Provide production support and assist with BI infrastructure maintenance What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years in analytics, 3+ years in reporting/dashboard creation • Strong skills in SQL, Hive, R, Python, or Scala • Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau), data warehousing (Redshift), and data management (Informatica, SSIS, Alteryx) • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and organized • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities Preferred: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field • Hospitality industry experience • Familiarity with Agile, Six Sigma, and process improvement • Experience with statistical/data mining tools (R, Python) • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
