β’ Integrate Power BI with Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and enterprise data sources
β’ Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards
Optimize Performance at Scale
β’ Monitor and improve report performance and dataset refresh strategies
β’ Apply best practices for incremental refresh, query folding, and large datasets
Collaborate and Lead
β’ Partner closely with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders
β’ Provide guidance on Power BI adoption, workspace design, and governance frameworks
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor for BI best practices and standards
What We Are Looking For
Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree strongly preferred
β’ Candidates without a Bachelorβs degree must have 4+ years of relevant clinical or technical application experience in lieu of a degree
Technical Expertise
β’ Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
β’ Strong command of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling principles
β’ Experience with Power BI architecture, including gateways, deployment pipelines, and capacity planning
Data & Analytics Background
β’ Experience with ETL processes, SQL, and data warehousing concepts
β’ Solid understanding of data governance, security, and best practices
What Will Set You Apart
β’ Ability to explain complex data concepts in clear, practical terms
β’ A mindset focused on quality, performance, and long-term scalability
β’ Comfort working in a collaborative, enterprise environment where your work directly impacts decision-making
Why Candidates Choose This Role
β’ Senior-level ownership and influence
β’ Meaningful work tied to healthcare outcomes
β’ Clear expectations and modern BI environment
β’ Opportunity to be seen as an expert, not just a report builder
