Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain KPI frameworks and performance reports that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is both analytical and business-minded, comfortable working with data while understanding how metrics drive operational and strategic outcomes. Here are some of the specific details: Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Job Duration: 3+ months Job Location: Redmond, WA (Remote) REQUIRED SKILLS: • 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting. • Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools. • Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred. • Experience translating business questions into measurable KPIs. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive). • Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers, surface insights and recommendations. • Familiarity with KPI governance, metric standardization, and reporting best practices. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $73/hr on W2.
