Business Intelligence Analyst - Public Sector 💷 Salary: £40,000 📍 Location: West Midlands (Hybrid) Applicants must have the right to work in the UK I’m hiring two Business Intelligence Analysts to join a growing, forward‑thinking Public Sector organisation to help with the ongoing development of their internal BI capability, working with stakeholders across the organisation to help them become a truly data lead organisation. About the Role You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality reporting, data models and analysis that help drive operational performance and strategic planning. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll gather requirements, develop Power BI dashboards and play a key role in improving data quality and BI processes. Key Responsibilities • Power BI & Reporting • Data Modelling & Preparation • Stakeholder Engagement • Continuous Improvement Essential Skills & Experience • Advanced: Data analysis, Power BI (incl. DAX), analytical thinking • Intermediate: T‑SQL, data modelling, stakeholder management, communication Desirable • Experience Public Sector experience - ideally in a housing/neighbourhoods • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric If this role is of interest, please apply with your up to date CV.
