Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. • Analytics & Insights: • Build dashboards and reports to support Business visibility and performance. • Analyze programmatic schedules, sourcing data, shop floor and financial information. • Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning. • KPI Development & Performance Management: • Develop and maintain executive and program review chain KPIs real time visibility and decision making and streamlining ongoing reviews. • Support the measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives. • Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization: • Enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools). • Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery. • Automate manual reporting processes as well as repetitive systems processes to drive efficiency, consistency and eliminate errors. • Collaboration & Business Partnership: • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance. • Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. • BI, Analytics, Data Science Dashboarding, Business Intelligence, Process Automation or similar experiences are preferred. • Experience taking a vision from meeting with a stakeholder to determine requirements through proof of concept to project completion with stakeholder fully satisfied is a must. • Experience AI / ML such as Palantir Foundry • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools. • Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric. • Strong SQL/ SQL backend skills; experience with Python, R is a plus. • Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support operational reporting and analytics. • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
