About the Role We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn data into clear insights that teams can use to make better decisions. This role is a strong fit for someone early to mid-career in business intelligence who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, and finding patterns that explain how the business is performing. You will work closely with teams across the company to define metrics, build reliable reports, and highlight trends that improve operations. While experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is helpful, the most important skills are strong analytical thinking, comfort with SQL, and a genuine interest in working with data in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Sigma and Mode to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Work with business partners to understand their questions and translate them into data insights • Analyze trends, performance changes, and key drivers to support both operational and strategic decisions • Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency • Use data from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to support supply chain and logistics reporting • Help define and standardize metrics so teams are aligned on a single source of truth • Clearly communicate findings through dashboards, written summaries, and presentations • Take ownership of your work and look for ways to improve data quality, reporting tools, and processes What We’re Looking For • 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets • Hands-on experience building KPI dashboards using Sigma, Mode, or similar BI tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience cleaning, transforming, and validating data (SQL preferred) • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting quickly based on feedback Nice to Have • Experience with WMS, TMS, or supply chain/logistics systems • Exposure to marketplace, operations, or fulfillment analytics • Familiarity with data warehouses and modern analytics tools • Experience analyzing time-series data and operational performance trends • Interest in growing into advanced analytics, experimentation, or forecasting
