Expected Duration: 6+ Months Potential Extension/Conversion: High potential for extension or full-time conversion Job Type: Full-Time Contract (40+ Hours Weekly) Pay Range: $55/hr -$65/hr on W2 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Analyst to support IT Performance, IT Finance, and operational reporting initiatives. This role will focus on building automation solutions, enhancing executive-level dashboards, and improving reporting accuracy across enterprise IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, data integration, and enterprise reporting environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Power Automate workflows for IT Finance, time tracking, and operational reporting processes. • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions. • Integrate data from ServiceNow, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, Excel, and related enterprise systems. • Develop scalable data models, KPIs, and reporting solutions using DAX and Power Query. • Automate manual reporting and data validation processes to improve efficiency and data quality. • Partner with IT, Finance, and leadership teams to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and Power Platform standards. • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities. Required Qualifications • 5–7 years of experience in Power BI, Power Automate, reporting, or data analytics. • Strong hands-on experience with: • Power BI • DAX • Power Query • Power Automate • SQL • Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as: • ServiceNow • SharePoint • Dataverse • Excel • Data Lake • Experience supporting executive or leadership reporting initiatives. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Power Platform governance or ALM frameworks. • Experience with IT Finance, time tracking, capacity planning, or operational reporting. • Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certifications preferred. • Healthcare or enterprise environment experience is a plus.
