Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business decisions through data analysis and reporting, contributing to impactful insights and strategies. Responsibilities • Analyze and report on data patterns, insights, and trends to support decision-making processes. • Collect and aggregate data from various internal and external sources to enhance business performance. • Produce actionable reports highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. • Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations. • Participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools. Skills • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on digital content measurement and performance reporting. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and reporting automation. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills • Experience with analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Google Analytics, or Salesforce reporting. • Background in supporting Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, or Marketing organizations. • Ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities from communications performance data.
