Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) Position: Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst Employment Type: Contract We're looking for a Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst to join a commercial analytics team supporting Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. In this role, you'll help turn data into actionable insights, build dashboards, monitor business performance, and partner with stakeholders to drive better business decisions. What You'll Be Doing • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to analyze business performance and provide data-driven recommendations. • Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting that help business leaders track key metrics. • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks by analyzing large data sets and present findings to stakeholders. • Work alongside BI and IT teams to integrate new data sources and improve reporting capabilities. • Help business partners understand and effectively use key data sources and analytics. • Support additional reporting and analytics initiatives as business needs evolve. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree required. • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting. • Proven experience using data to influence business decisions and recommendations. • Strong analytical skills with experience forecasting business performance. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Hands-on experience with Tableau for reporting and data visualization. • Experience with SQL is highly preferred. Exposure to Informatica, Talend, Python, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus. • Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to cross-functional business partners.
