Role description
This position is part of a Global Strategic Insights team responsible for providing analytical support to stakeholders within Product Management. The role centers on analyzing and interpreting user, product, and market data to optimize the product lifecycle from concept through post‑implementation support.
The ideal candidate is an experienced analyst with strong capabilities in statistical analysis, market analysis, predictive modeling, and customer analytics, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights that influence business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and deliver timely analytic solutions.
• Analyze user, product, and market data to support initiatives such as customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and behavioral modeling.
• Contribute to business intelligence roadmaps and analytics development plans.
• Build and maintain analytical models that support pricing, market opportunity assessment, margin improvement, and product optimization.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive decision-making with actionable insights.
• Identify data-backed insights for ongoing initiatives and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements or operational changes.
• Document business functions, processes, and workflows to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong technical aptitude with mastery of data manipulation and data visualization.
• Advanced experience with Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and related analytics environments.
• Ability to tell a compelling story using data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership of analytics or BI initiatives in fast‑paced, multi‑project settings.
• Expertise in data models, database design, data mining, segmentation, and categorization techniques.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Ability to complete a technical skills assessment as part of the interview process.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting product service and quality, market segmentation, financial modeling and pricing, or supply chain/logistics/warehouse operations.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
