Role description
CMK Resources is hiring for a premier enterprise client. Join a high-impact team where your insights help drive strategic decisions. Why this role matters As a BI Analyst/Engineer, you won’t just move data—you’ll shape the way the business sees itself. You’ll translate complex, cross-platform data into intuitive visualizations that empower executives to make bold, data-driven decisions. If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of business and data, and you love simplifying complexity, this is the role for you. What you’ll do • Transform critical business data into clarity: Extract and transform data from Snowflake, integrating information from Salesforce, ServiceNow, and KeyedIn to fuel actionable dashboards. • Design and deliver impactful Tableau visualizations: You’ll create strategic dashboards read by senior stakeholders—forecasts, performance insights, and capacity reports that steer the business forward. • Reduce visual noise and increase clarity: You’ll condense 200-row dashboards into elegant, insightful summaries—prioritizing meaning over data clutter. • Act as a trusted reporting advisor: You'll guide the organization with best practices in dashboard design, data storytelling, and visualization strategy. • Collaborate with leaders and subject-matter experts: You'll work alongside internal champions who will support and refine your vision—but you’ll own the initial 80% of the dashboard work independently. What you bring • 5–6 years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence • Extreme proficiency in Tableau: You know how to make dashboards that don’t just display data—they communicate it • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake • Experience integrating data from: Salesforce (sales forecasting & booking); ServiceNow (support performance metrics) and KeyedIn (project tracking, time logging) • Passion or experience with AI-driven insights and data reduction techniques • Strong interpersonal skills: You’re curious, business-savvy, and think beyond the numbers • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field What’s in it for you • You’ll build tools used directly by executives to run the business • Freedom to innovate and simplify complex datasets • A supportive, collaborative environment where your voice matters • Opportunity to lead visual analytics innovation and explore AI-based enhancements • Work with cutting-edge tools in a fast-moving tech environment
