Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Moodle LMS Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Moodle LMS Specialist, you will be instrumental in configuring and deploying a new training platform, setting up learning paths, ILT features, reporting, notifications, and supporting admin training and technical rollout. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What's the Job?
- Configure and deploy Moodle-based Learning Management System tailored to organizational needs.
- Set up learning paths, ILT features, notifications, and reporting functionalities.
- Support admin training and oversee the technical rollout of the platform.
- Collaborate with IT, training teams, and stakeholders to ensure a secure, accessible, and high-performing environment.
- Develop documentation, runbooks, and provide ongoing support for platform maintenance and enhancements.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in Moodle administration and configuration, including production deployments.
- Strong understanding of SCORM 1.2, video delivery, and role-based permissions.
- Hands-on experience with notifications, reporting, transcripts, and certificates in Moodle.
- Solid knowledge of security protocols such as MFA, TLS/HTTPS, password policies, and audit logging.
- Experience working in Docker/Kubernetes environments and collaborating with IT operations.
