Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced business intelligence Tableau Developer with strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and analytics reporting.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing interactive dashboards, optimizing Tableau performance, working with large datasets, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting solutions.
The role requires strong SQL knowledge, data modeling expertise, and experience working in enterprise data environments.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
β’ Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
β’ Develop data visualizations, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards
β’ Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability
β’ Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
β’ Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams
β’ Perform data validation and ensure report accuracy
β’ Manage Tableau Server publishing, scheduling, and security access
β’ Troubleshoot reporting and dashboard-related issues
β’ Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests
Required Skills
β’ Strong experience in Tableau Development
β’ Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
β’ Strong SQL and data analysis skills
β’ Experience with data visualization best practices
β’ Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
β’ Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL
β’ Experience in dashboard optimization and performance tuning
β’ Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
