Role description
Job Summary:
The BI Reporting Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI), SQL, and Microsoft Power BI. This role requires deep expertise in universe design, report creation, scheduling, bursting, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
• SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) – Minimum 10 years (including universe design, report creation, scheduling, and bursting)
• SQL – Minimum 10 years (querying and optimizing relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server)
• Microsoft Power BI – Minimum 5 years (dashboard development, data modeling with DAX, and integration with diverse data sources)
Preferred Skills
• Experience with state or government applications, particularly in finance or HR domains.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Certifications in SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft Power BI, or related technologies.
• Microsoft Certs are a plus
