Role - Sr. Tableau Developer Location – Jersey City, NJ- This is a Hybrid position - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote. Need a very Senior, technically independent, Tableau developer to gather business requirements, design, build and deploy BI solutions using Tableau. β€’ β€’ Candidates must be willing to complete an assignment and share the Public Tableau dashboard of the assignment, if selected for an interview. We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to visualize complex data in a clear and compelling way, and deliver impactful, data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tableau, Tableau Online with a solid understanding of Salesforce and cloud-based data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake. This role involves gathering requirements, building reports, and delivering dashboards, along with providing training and documentation. Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements. β€’ Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights. β€’ Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the project's data-driven decision-making process. β€’ Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning. β€’ Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, understandable presentations. β€’ Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports. β€’ Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively. β€’ Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Β· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience Β· Deep hands-on technical expertise Β· Proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online. Β· Proven experience integrating with Salesforce and cloud data warehousing tool such as Snowflake. Β· Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development Β· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
