Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing support for reporting and ad hoc data requests across multiple departments (sales, marketing, executive leadership).
• Aggregate, prepare, and cleanse organizational data for improved reporting and visualization.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Promote data-driven decision making by delivering actionable insights, trend analysis, and predictive models.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to shape the future state of analytics and AI strategy within the organization.
• Interpret business and data trends, predict outcomes, and build forward-looking models for sales and marketing teams.
• Brainstorm, advise, and implement advanced analytics and applied AI use cases.
Qualifications
• Experience as a Tableau developer or business intelligence professional supporting complex data needs.
Required Skills
• Proven track record in data aggregation, dashboarding, and visualization using Tableau.
• Hands-on expertise with AI technologies, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and applied AI modeling.
• Comfortable partnering with business and IT leaders, advising on advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills to complement technical expertise.
• Ability to communicate and present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
• Data aggregation and preparation for analytics projects.
• Tableau development and advanced data visualization.
• Analytics, predictive model building, and AI solution implementation.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with software such as Tableau, Python, SQL, and cloud data ecosystems.
Pay range and compensation package
The hourly pay range for this position is $50 to $60 on a W2 basis. As a contract/temporary professional, you are eligible for medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance coverage.
