Role description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Data & Performance Specialist to drive data-led insights for our
branch operations transformation. You will build key metrics, automated dashboards,
and actionable reports that enable senior leadership to measure progress, evaluate new
workflow initiatives, and optimize branch network performance.
Experience: 2–3 years in data analysis, BI, or reporting (financial services experience
preferred).
Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel) and
handling large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
Metrics & Dashboards: Define operational KPIs and build automated dashboards
(Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
Data Integration & Quality: Extract, clean, and validate data across core banking and
CRM systems while partnering with IT on data governance.
Impact Analysis: Establish performance baselines, conduct pilot program analyses, and
evaluate post-implementation results.
Executive Insights: Deliver clear performance summaries, trend analyses, and root-
cause evaluations for executive decision-making.
Enablement: Create self-service reporting tools and document data methodologies to
empower branch teams.
