The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience developing interactive dashboards, creating reports, and working with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights. Required Skills: • 3–5 years of experience with Power BI development • Strong experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI • Experience with data visualization and reporting best practices • Ability to work with business users to gather reporting requirements • Experience creating calculated fields, measures, and data models • Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query • Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources • Good analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Translate business requirements into visual and interactive reports • Create and optimize data models, measures, and calculations • Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, and usability • Work closely with stakeholders to support reporting needs • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data issues Candidate Profile: • Mid-level Power BI Developer • Strong dashboard and reporting focus • Practical hands-on experience preferred over broad technical exposure • Good communication and collaboration skills
