Role description
Day to Day:
The Business Intelligence Lead will take ownership of all non-financial data used to create the metrics needed to make a data-driven business. The Associate will be chartered with defining and executing an enterprise data and business intelligence strategy. This includes BI solutions & Data Warehouse implementation, data access and dashboard creation in a partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
β’ Take senior investigative and architectural role in key Business Intelligence projects. Develop and execute development plans as a senior individual contributor.
β’ Collaborate with the key stakeholders to develop the BI (Business Intelligence) processes, strategy and analytics roadmap.
β’ Partner with data owners to understand business requirements and common reporting/analysis use cases
β’ Provide hands-on support to provision data from a variety of internal sources.
β’ Build reporting and meta-data models to support strategic data initiatives.
β’ Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for the business in the access and reporting of data.
β’ Other projects and assignments as needed, requested by direct supervisor and/or Executive Team.
Must Haves:
- 7+ years industry experience.
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science or 10+ yearsβ work experience
- Strong technical knowledge. Recognized as technically superior with skills in C#, XML, XSLT,
- Strong experience in SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, and related
