Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a versatile Senior Data Analyst / BI Engineer with strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable data pipelines, creating intuitive dashboards, and developing web-based solutions that translate business needs into actionable insights. Experience: • 10+ years in data analytics and BI engineering roles. • Proven experience in fintech, education, healthcare, and logistics domains. • Strong background in data visualization, dashboard development, and full-stack application design. Required Skills & Technologies: • Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Webpack • Backend: Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, MongoDB, Snowflake, Oracle • BI & Analytics: Looker (3+ years), Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSRS, Grafana • Programming: Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, PyTest, JUnit • Cloud & DevOps: AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, RDS), Azure (ADF, Data Lake, Synapse), Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git • Other Tools: Salesforce (CRM Analytics), OAuth, Asana, Jira, Confluence Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js. • Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker, Power BI, and Tableau. • Implement ETL processes and integrate SQL pipelines for real-time data insights. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations. • Optimize workflows and automate reporting tasks using Python and related frameworks. • Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. • Lead cross-functional teams in agile sprints and conduct training sessions on BI tools and SQL. Compensation: $50-$55/hour
