Primary Skills: SQL (Expert), AWS (Proficient), Data Visualization(Proficient), Data Analysis (Advanced), SAS (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 months with possible extension Location: Culver City, CA () Pay Range: $85.00 - $98.00 per hour #LP Key Responsibilities: We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team at the heart of innovation and customer-centric strategy. This role involves analyzing large datasets to understand customer behavior, providing insights that shape business strategies for enhanced customer experiences globally. Work alongside top-tier marketing and technology teams to contribute to the success of our premier shipping service, employing your analytics prowess to influence decision-making and program improvements. Job Summary: • Evaluate program features and marketing content based on customer responses and retention metrics. • Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments. • Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health. • Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders for critical customer behavior investigations. • Leverage data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to identify trends in the customer base. Must-Have Skills: • 7+ years of experience in SQL and AWS. • 5+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight. Industry Experience: • Experience or familiarity with the music industry and data analytics specific to music or entertainment business would be beneficial but not mandatory. • Ex-Amazon candidate will be preferred.
