Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist Location: Austin, TX – 100% Onsite (Local Texas Candidates Only) Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extensions) Role Overview :Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist to support Medicaid reporting and analytics initiatives. The consultant will function as a Senior Business/Systems Analyst and Test Manager, responsible for requirements gathering, data analysis, testing, reporting, dashboard validation, AI-assisted data querying, and stakeholder communication. The role will help bridge business and technical teams while improving data accessibility, reporting accuracy, and decision-making capabilities .Responsibilities • :Gather, analyze, and document business, technical, and data requirements • .Translate business requirements into technical specifications, test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices • .Lead testing activities across Agile and Waterfall projects • .Develop and refine AI prompts and query strategies for complex analytics environments • .Extract, integrate, analyze, and validate data from multiple data sources • .Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations • .Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and reporting standards are maintained • .Train and support non-technical users on data reporting and AI-enabled analytics tools • .Troubleshoot data issues and provide recommendations for process improvements • .Present technical findings and insights to business stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner .Required Skills • :10+ years of Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience • .10+ years of experience translating complex data and reporting requirements into technical solutions • .10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Liaison • .Strong SQL expertise for data extraction, querying, and data manipulation • .Extensive experience with reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization • .Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau • .Strong testing experience including test planning, test case creation, UAT, and validation • .Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills • .Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences .Preferred Skills • :Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse experience • .Healthcare, Medicaid, Health & Human Services, or other regulated industry experience • .Data Governance and Data Quality management experience • .Experience developing and conducting training programs for business users • .Experience mentoring teams with varying levels of data literacy • .Experience with AI prompt engineering, Streamlit, and Python-based solutions • .Knowledge of Responsible AI practices and compliance standards .Certifications :Preferred but not required • :Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associat • eTableau Certificatio • nCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional • )PMP (Project Management Professional • )Data Analytics or Healthcare-related Certification s At Radiant Digital, we provide IT solutions and consulting services to help government agencies and businesses in the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
