Business Intelligence Specialist

Business Intelligence Contractor Power BI McLeod Software AFC Transport is a technology driven logistics company that runs on data, discipline, and execution. We operate in a high velocity freight environment where real time visibility matters. We are seeking a contract Business Intelligence professional with hands on McLeod Software experience to build custom Power BI dashboards and operational reports. This role is project based with potential extension. It is not a full time position. You will work directly with VP of Technology and operations leadership to translate business questions into decision ready KPIs focused on margin, utilization, service performance, and execution. What you’ll do Build and maintain Power BI dashboards sourced directly from McLeod Software Model data and develop DAX measures that reflect operational reality Validate data accuracy against McLeod screens and reports Collaborate closely with stakeholders and iterate quickly What we’re looking for Proven experience with McLeod Software LoadMaster or PowerBroker Strong Power BI skills including data modeling and DAX Advanced SQL experience Background in transportation, logistics, or operational analytics Ability to work independently and deliver results without hand holding If you’ve worked inside McLeod and know how to turn complex operational data into insight leaders can actually use, we want to talk.
