Business Intelligence Specialist

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for education). • Minimum 3 years of Business Intelligence experience. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. • Experience working with IBM DB2 databases. • Strong SQL development and query-writing skills. Key Responsibilities • Analyze existing data environments and determine transformation requirements for reporting solutions. • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and dataflows. • Create and maintain reporting roadmaps aligned with business objectives. • Review and enhance existing reports based on evolving business requirements. • Automate data transformation processes and reduce manual Excel-based reporting. • Convert Web FOCUS and Mainframe FOCUS queries into T-SQL queries. • Collaborate with database administrators to develop database views and stored procedures. • Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to financial data models. • Administer Power BI workspaces and reporting environments. • Train business users and stakeholders on Power BI reporting solutions.
