Role description
This role is about helping the business make smarter decisions by designing and building strong analytics solutions. You’ll use your understanding of both business needs and technical tools to turn data into useful insights, reports, and recommendations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work with business teams: Talk to stakeholders to understand what they need and design solutions that help them make better decisions.
• Build and maintain reports and tools: Create and manage metrics, dashboards, and analysis tools using advanced visualization platforms like Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, and Dash Enterprise.
• Analyze data deeply: Dive into business problems and data issues, using programming languages like Python, R, and SQL, and data modeling tools to find ways to improve business results and technical efficiency.
• Improve data tools and methods: Find new ways to make data analysis and visualization faster, easier, and more useful for others in the company.
• Design new metrics and strategies: Create new ways to measure business performance and help more people use these tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams: Work with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to make sure data is complete, usable, and performs well.
Skills Needed:
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), REST APIs, JSON, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like GCP Cloud Run, GitHub, Dynatrace, Tekton, and Power BI.
• Ability to write scripts (especially in Python) and work with big data tools like BigQuery.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing partner credentials.
• Understanding of data privacy and risk management.
