Role description

Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. The candidate selected for this role will be an employee of Corestaff with a placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.
The scope of the position covers responsibilities within the area of Aftersales (AS).
Porsche Latin America supports a network of 16 importers and 42 Porsche Centers throughout 22 countries in Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Our mission is to ensure spare part and accessories business, and build and maintain positive relationships with our customers, importers and local partners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence Responsibilities
• Regular monitoring and reporting of Aftersales KPIs using analytics tools such as Power BI, Delta Master, and SAP.
• Administration of the Aftersales KPI Cockpit and migration to a cloud-based platform.
• Providing data analytics to identify further market opportunities.
• Supporting the Aftersales Business Manager in regional target setting and loyalty initiatives.
Ownership Management Responsibilities
• Monitoring Aftersales customer touchpoints along the customer journey.
• Defining actions to improve KPIs in alignment with other PLA/AS departments.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and excitement KPIs and deriving measures for improvement.
• Aligning with Regional managers and Technical Support managers on reporting tools.
Experience:
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Professional experience in data analytics, project management, and/or customer care within the automotive industry.
Skills
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, including Power BI and an advanced level of Excel.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and Delta Master tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and a high level of Spanish are mandatory.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to structure information clearly.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills.
