What You'll Do
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-focused AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, and more
Who You Are
• Experienced people manager with a proven track record of leading analytical or content-focused teams
• Strong background in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused project work
• Sharp analytical thinker with excellent research and problem-solving skills
• Able to deliver clear, constructive feedback and detailed annotations that raise team output quality
• Creative and lateral thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles
• Excellent communicator — written and verbal — comfortable working cross-functionally and asynchronously
• No prior AI or machine learning experience required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — candidates without a degree but with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
• 2+ years of team management experience
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content production, or domain-focused projects
Nice to Have
• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in a business or quantitative field
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Background in case study writing, academic content, or research-focused roles
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language model workflows as an end user
