Job Title: Business Planning Analyst Location: , OR Duration: 04 months contract Pay Range: $(48.00 – 52.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Job Description: • Education - Bachelor's degree is required Non-negotiables - Top 3 skills: • Expert in power BI (DAX is key) - this is critical, will not shortlist without this. • Knowledge in a manufacturing environment (SAP ECC and IBP experience). • Excellent written and communication skills, creative (storyteller) skills, and AI experience is a plus. What you will work on: • As a key member of the Supply & Demand Planning team, you’ll play a vital role in driving strategic planning initiatives forward. • You’ll focus on building visualization capabilities to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions, supporting the development of comprehensive strategies, and enhancing overall planning capabilities. • Your responsibilities will include delivering scalable visualization tools for detailed data analyses, supporting quick decision-making, and presenting recommendations to diverse sets of stakeholders. • You’ll leverage advanced analytics tools, SAP ECC/IBP, and AI technologies to drive new data optimization methods, and build and maintain planning tools and resources. • Throughout your work, you’ll help meet planning goals and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to best meet business needs. Who You Will Work With: • In the Supply & Demand Planning organization, you will interact closely with planning, ops and logistics, costing, and manufacturing teammates as well as collaborate with global and cross-functional teams. What you bring: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, analytics, business, or a related field. • Experience within manufacturing supply chain operations. • SAP ECC and IBP experience preferred. • Certified in Power BI and/or Azure. • Experience with Co-Pilot and/or AI technologies is a plus. • Sequel/SQL experience preferred. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and present findings. • Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated inclusive and team-oriented approach to work.
