Join an iconic global brand in a senior Business Planning & Operations role, supporting the development and scale of next‑generation consumer technologies, including AR, MR, AI, Wearables and VR. You’ll drive planning, operational excellence, and cross‑functional alignment across global and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business planning, reporting cadence, prioritisation and launch‑support processes.
• Manage global initiatives and scale regional programmes with high impact potential.
• Identify operational efficiencies and deploy AI‑driven tools to streamline workflows.
• Support sales teams with medium‑ and long‑term planning, forecasting and commercial analytics.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to solve complex, multidisciplinary challenges.
What You’ll Bring
• 12+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or sales planning/operations.
• Experience in consumer sales channels (Retail, Telco), driving strategy through execution.
• Strong leadership, influencing and project management skills.
• Advanced analytical capability: CRM systems, data visualisation tools, Excel, PowerPoint.
• BA/BS in an analytical field; excellent communication skills.
Preferred
• MBA or advanced analytical degree.
• Experience in retail, telco, optical, or DTC sectors.
• International or multicultural experience
