VITA seeks a forward-thinking Business Automation/AI & LCAP Team Lead to lead Cloud Platform Services. Act as technical escalation point, guide developers/admins, present in leadership meetings, coordinate Communities of Practice, conduct agency outreach, and administer the Commonwealth’s Enterprise Adobe Management Platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead design/development/implementation of automation using Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Microsoft Power Automate. Administer Adobe Management Platform (incl. AdobeSign). Provide SME expertise for agency onboarding, platform services, implementation/utilization. Oversee automation lifecycle: requirements, design, dev, testing, deployment, maintenance. Ensure scalability, reliability, security; mentor cloud specialists; stay current on trends. Troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, maintain documentation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related. Proven Automation Tech Lead experience. Expertise: GitHub, Box, UIPath, Azure Cloud/Entra, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, scripting (Python/PowerShell/JS). Proficiency: Python, Java, C#. Strong comms, problem-solving, independent/team skills. On-site 3+ days/week in Richmond, VA. Plus: Microsoft Power Automate, Entra Identity Management.
