Role description
Business Process Automation Analyst
Our client, a leading Media & Entertainment organization, is seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst to support their enterprise-wide AI and automation initiatives. This is a strategic, highly visible role focused on identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing AI and automation use cases across multiple business units. This is not an implementation or hands-on engineering role. Instead, you will partner with stakeholders across technical and business teams to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and recommend the right processes, platforms, and tools.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct deep requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across cloud, SaaS, marketing, and internal application teams.
• Evaluate existing and incoming AI/automation use cases to determine priority, feasibility, and business value.
• Document needs, timelines, and key decision points in a structured format.
• Develop clear recommendations on tools, platforms, and processes.
• Understand APIs and modern technology environments at a functional level.
• Partner closely with internal leads who manage platforms such as Boomi.
• Work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional communication.
Qualifications:
• 4–8+ years in a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Product Analyst role.
• Strong experience with requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, and process documentation.
• Background working with technical teams (cloud, SaaS, platform teams) and marketing/communications groups.
• High-level understanding of APIs and modern cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging tech initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
• Ability to work across multiple groups without being a deep specialist in one domain.
