Summary:
We are seeking a Business Process Automation Specialist with a strong foundation in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building tools that streamline operations, automate reporting, and enhance data visibility across teams. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of designing scalable solutions that improve efficiency and maintain control standards.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement automated workflows, interactive dashboards, and reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop error tracking dashboards to systematically capture, monitor, and visualize system and process anomalies.
• Create automated knowledge assessment tools to streamline test distribution, scoring, and performance analytics.
• Integrate and optimize data flows across Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to centralize information and improve accessibility for stakeholders.
• Leverage Power Automate to orchestrate communication workflows and task automation, ensuring timely execution and reducing manual effort.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized automation solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.
Qualifications:

• Power Apps: App development, form design, data collections, environment management
• Power Automate: Workflow creation, email/task automation
• Power BI: Data visualization and dashboard creation
• SharePoint: Site/list management, Excel integration

• Tableau: Interactive dashboards and data visualization
• Jira: Request tracking and analysis
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Programming: C++, JavaScript, Python, Power Fx (preferred)
