Role description
This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group. β€’ Delivers on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the Shared Solutions team. β€’ Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiatives. Understand goals and objectives, key stakeholders, etc. β€’ Ensure data quality in files sent between Accredo and vendor in support of compliance program. β€’ Pull data from internal data source and send to vendor in support of texting piot program. Ensure quality and accuracy of data. β€’ Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record. β€’ Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates, and reports on each project. β€’ Clearly communicates any issues or concerns related to the data. Solutions for any issues. β€’ Participates in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc. β€’ Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities. β€’ If time permits deliver on other projects as assigned. β€’ Vigilance and performance management for a variety of programs Skills Needs great attention to detail, data management skills, Microsoft skills, strong ability to multi-task. β€’ 3-5 years of relevant work experience (product management, marketing, product development, sales or significant cross-functional project-based experience) β€’ Microsoft Office suite proficiency β€’ Proficient data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skills β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create leadership presentations. β€’ Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. β€’ Ability to work towards specific deliverables within an environment of tight deadlines. β€’ Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or PBM processes preferred but not required. β€’ Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $30.00/hour-$36.00/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met) Tundra Technical Solutions (the operator of this Talent Community) is a global leader of contingent talent services.
