Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Develop and implement policies and programs to support business platforms, focusing on production metrics and business planning.
• Generate performance and profitability reports to enhance sales management effectiveness.
• Provide monthly statistical reports to field teams.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses of performance metrics for senior management, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Oversee processes and systems to support division profitability and sustainability.
• Communicate policy changes effectively with field teams.
• Manage and maintain accuracy of department databases, collaborating with IT for necessary updates.
• Set and manage goals, objectives, and budgets for business platform administration.
• Resolve issues impacting field productivity, fostering positive relationships between the field and home office.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should have:
• Understanding of company structure, policies, and strategies.
• Proficiency in general office practices and database management, particularly with Access and Excel for creating detailed reports.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Capacity to provide professional presentations and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Analytical skills to interpret numerical data and perform trend analysis.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in reports and databases.
• Educational background in a relevant field, with at least two years of experience in the securities industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
