Primary Skills: Business Objects, Universe Design (IDT/UDT), SQL, Oracle, Tableau Duration:  4+ Months Contract Type:  W2 Location: Raleigh, NC () Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our Chief Data and Analytics Office. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining BI reporting solutions, driving innovation and technology advancement within our Enterprise Analytics team. This role involves direct engagement with internal clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality BI reporting, troubleshooting, and ensuring data quality and consistency across reporting platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and test dashboards, visualizations, semantic data models, and reports, with a focus on SAP Business Objects reporting development. • Work with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot report issues, and drive solutions to completion, including participating in user acceptance testing. • Identify development and data quality issues, performing thorough testing and validation in conjunction with business users. • Research and troubleshoot user-reported issues related to the BI reporting environment, including performance and data discrepancies. • Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with key business users to ensure high customer service levels. Must-Have Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience in BI report development using Business Objects 4.2 or above, including Universe Design (IDT/UDT). • Minimum 1 year of experience with SQL logic development and support. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Industry Experience Required: Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Snowflake databases is strongly preferred, as is experience with Tableau or other business intelligence platforms. A background in Computer Science or a related technical field is also preferred. Additional Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and flexibility are essential for success in this role. The candidate must also be capable of working both independently and within a team to resolve problems.
