Role description
Note: This role is open to Junior (3-5 yrs), Mid (5-8 yrs) and Senior (8+ yrs) level professionals. Job Description: Junior (3–5 years) Responsibilities: Β· Support Sales Promo Operations & Program Management, including Salesforce inputs, promo execution, and invoice/PO tracking. Β· Assist in promo reporting & performance analytics, preparing weekly reports and dashboards. Β· Provide forecasting & inventory management support, including sell-in/sell-out analysis. Β· Collaborate on partner engagement with retailers and internal sales teams. Qualifications: Β· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. Β· 3–5 years in sales operations, analytics, or retail/channel support. Β· Strong Excel/Sheets and basic data visualization skills (Tableau a plus). Β· Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred. Mid-Level (5–8 years) Responsibilities: Β· Lead end-to-end promo operations in Salesforce, including forecasting and contract execution. Β· Drive promo performance analytics, identifying trends and ROI on marketing spend. Β· Own forecasting processes, collaborating with supply chain and finance for accuracy. Β· Manage partner engagement, supporting business reviews and retailer coordination. Qualifications: Β· 5–8 years in sales operations, business analysis, or retail/channel programs. Β· Proven experience with Salesforce and promo operations. Β· Advanced analytics skills (Tableau/SQL preferred). Β· Strong stakeholder management across sales, finance, and marketing. Senior (8+ years): Responsibilities: Β· Own Sales Promo Operations at scale, ensuring compliance and efficiency across channels. Β· Lead promo analytics, guiding investment strategy and future planning. Β· Oversee forecasting & inventory management for full product portfolio. Β· Drive CPFR support with major retailers, aligning demand planning. Β· Represent sales operations in executive-level partner engagement. Qualifications: Β· 8+ years in sales/business operations within retail or tech. Β· Expertise in Salesforce Promotions, forecasting, and advanced analytics. Β· Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Β· Experience leading large retailer-facing programs.
