Job Title:- Business Support Analyst Location:- New York, NY 10020 Hybrid Job Description Investment & Corporate Banking - COO Office, Business Support Analyst (Contractor) Seeking a Business Support Analyst to work in the Banking Division COO Group of a leading global Investment & Corporate bank. This person will play a pivotal role in managing data in close coordination with bankers, COO Group colleagues, Finance, and IT partners, while also providing essential support to bankers and users of the Banking Division CRM platform. Summary Responsibilities: • Master the processes involved in accessing and editing data in the CRM Platform (OneBanker/Salesforce) • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the data and workflows in the CRM platform • Contribute to the efficient and accurate monthly reconciliation of financial data • Provide user support to bankers and other staff that use the CRM • Support COO Group colleagues as needed Requirements: • 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and master processes and data management • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and high commitment to data accuracy • Passion for providing business stakeholders with the data and support they need to drive success • Advanced Word, Excel (including nested formulas, macros, pivot tables, look-ups and VBA), SQL, and PowerPoint • Motivated self-starter and team player who can navigate ambiguity effectively and drive decisions and change through influence and persuasion • Familiarity with investment and corporate banking and capital market products • Knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, PowerBI, Capital IQ, Python, and Dealogic a plus • Demonstrate sense of urgency in meeting challenging deadlines and achieving goals • Comfort working in a multicultural environment • Legal authorization to work in the United States
