Business Support Analyst
Location: London (3 days in office)
Contract:12 months
About the Role
Clientβs IT Supply Chain is responsible for fulfilling all internal end user IT needs. We build integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage planning & inventory life cycle. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and support project management, and day-to-day operations for tooling and processes improvement.
Responsibilities:
β’ Operation support
β’ Monitor dashboard, adding incident tags, extracting data and report for tooling health. Proactively flag risk to the core team.
β’ Proactively identify tooling issues in tasks and provide root cause analysis and prompt feedback for each instance.
β’ Create and maintain tooling manuals (workflows, tagging, set up requirements and troubleshooting guide)
β’ Provide Tier 1 on call support for Supply Chain tooling issue triage and troubleshooting.
β’ Monitor dashboard for all Tier levels to ensure all resolution time SLA are achieved.
Tooling and Process Improvement Support:
β’ Assist business team for process and system enhancements - document problem, create business requirement, validate impact metrics and propose for prioritization
β’ Conduct value streaming as a process, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions for simple problems.
β’ Monitor and report status of enhancement implementation.
β’ Support system implementation- creating testing scenarios and cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debugging, and provide status updates.
β’ Create and maintain process/training documentation (update WIKI).
β’ Assist with global process/tooling rollout.
Minimum experience needed:
β’ 5 year experience in Supply Chain, preferably experience of Oracle, warehouse operation, manufacturing system
β’ Basic project management in system implementations, experience in user acceptance testing (UAT)
β’ Data analysis skills- using dashboards to analyze data and report to business
β’ Advanced Documentation (i.e Process flows creation, SOP documentation, training guides/manuals)
β’ Problem solving skill ; Experience working with cross functional partners
Desired Experience:
β’ Experience in supporting supply chain systems rollouts, implementation and integration experience
β’ Advanced in process flow visualization tools like LucidChart or Visio,Google Sheets/Slides; SOP/training guide drafting
β’ Master Data Management (MDM)
β’ Global exposure
