Business Operations Analyst
What Youβll Do
β’ Support multiple project managers with project schedules, budgets, and documentation
β’ Build and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
β’ Gather business requirements and translate them into structured reports and templates
β’ Create and update visual dashboards and automated reporting (Power BI / Excel)
β’ Help standardize workflows and improve processes (SOP creation)
β’ Track project progress, milestones, and risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
β’ Assist with compliance activities and overall project documentation
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 2β3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or business support
β’ Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (data handling + presentation building)
β’ Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word)
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
β’ Power BI / Power Apps or data visualization experience
β’ Experience with Excel automation (VBA, formulas) or basic coding (Python)
β’ Background in energy, utilities, construction, or technical environments
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business or related field
