Business Systems / Data Solutions Analyst (Remote Texas)

Business Systems / Data Solutions Analyst We’re seeking a Business Systems / Data Solutions Analyst to help integrate platforms, improve operational processes, enhance reporting and metrics, and support customer journey optimization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys evaluating current-state systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading practical initiatives that increase efficiency and insight. You’ll partner closely with internal Data and IT Application teams and collaborate with project managers and functional leads to drive adoption and optimization of existing tools such as Tableau, SharePoint, and Salesforce. What You’ll Do • Assess current business systems, workflows, and user needs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Recommend and help implement technology solutions aligned with business strategy • Lead efforts to better utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and analytics platforms • Support data migration, automation, and system integrations between platforms • Develop and document current-state and future-state business processes • Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and data quality controls • Produce documentation outlining user needs, functional requirements, and implementation steps • Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders during solution implementation Required Qualifications • 4+ years managing projects requiring technical and cross-functional coordination • 4+ years working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, SharePoint, Constant Contact or similar) • 4+ years experience with data migration, automation, and system integration • 4+ years experience in business process mapping and reengineering • 4+ years experience with data quality, reporting, and analytics • Hands-on experience analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools Preferred Qualifications • 2 years of Project management experience (PMP a plus) • 2 years of experience performing financial analysis of solution options #TECHIND
