Business Systems Support Analyst

Job Summary: The Business Systems Support Analyst has a strong background in supporting and implementing IT systems related to Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management. About the Role The Business Systems Support Analyst is responsible for resolving issues and implementing process or system enhancements as required for the legacy business systems and new ERP system (Infor CIS Syteline), EPM, HR systems. Responsibilities • Manage and obtain approvals for all change requests, particularly regarding scope and timelines. • Prioritizes issues and determine impact of application issue on business environment. • Support end users in day-to-day activities. • Review all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability in compliance with current application development and enterprise architecture standards. • Ensure integration between business process requirements, current application environment and vendor software. • Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project and system operational and financial risks. • Develop a strong working knowledge of the various departmental processes. • Analyze current business processes, recommending and implementing agreed process automation and improvements. • Maintain application landscape documentation, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the global Business Systems Manager. • Train end users in the use of enterprise applications and the associated functional processes. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Manufacturing and Supply chain processes and/or related systems. • 5+ years of experience in managing and supporting Infor CSI Syteline or other Infor ERP systems. • Experience in reporting applications Power BI and SSRS. • Experience in development technology such as .net, SQL, VB Script, PHP, Bootstrap. • Experience in IDO, Data View, Workflows, API, Infor ION, Infor OS, Event Handlers and Mongoose Frameworks and iPaaS. • Demonstratable knowledge of Cyber Security systems and principles. • Experience in supporting accounting systems and processes. • Experience in supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations. Required Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills • Experience with additional ERP systems. • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
