Role description
β€œneed a mix of product/business analysis and some technical depth” Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Translate requirements into clear, concise features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-groomed and ready for development. Partner with UX, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality product increments. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos. Provide thought leadership on product design and system impacts, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions. Analyze and communicate system impacts of new features and changes, bridging the gap between business and technology. Understand and evaluate technical solution designs, ensuring they align with business requirements and long-term product strategy. Required Qualifications: 10–15 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role. Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders across business and technology teams. Strong experience in writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and understand downstream impacts of changes. Ability to understand complex technical solution designs and collaborate effectively with architects and developers. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on Salesforce-based platforms, especially in complex enterprise environments. Background in financial services or loan origination systems is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
