Job Title: Customer Lifecycle Management Campaign Manager Client Location: Hybrid in Cupertino, CA (Onsite Tues-Thurs; shuttle available) Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match Minimum Pay (per hour): 68.46 Maximum Pay (per hour): 76.07 Duration: Approx. 7 Month Assignment Hours: Full-time Job Description: The CLM Campaign Manager supports strategy execution for assigned products, markets, and audience segments. They will partner closely with a Senior CLM Strategist to translate strategic direction into detailed, accurate campaign briefs, performance reporting, and launch readiness. This is a tactical role requiring extremely high attention to detail, strong communication, strong data storytelling instincts, and familiarity with CRM campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive campaign briefs (~40% of role): • Co-write functional briefs alongside the Senior CLM Strategist, with high attention to detail across US and Rest of World translation, campaign scope, the segmentation matrix, and the landing destination matrix. • Provide clear direction that carries through to creative, product, and data science partners. Translate performance data into strategic narratives (~40% of role): • Input into weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reporting, partnering with the analytics team and Senior CLM Strategist on complex analysis to deliver the business-level story. • This includes identifying the clear takeaway, asking the right questions, and tracking which decisions are driving performance shifts. Own launch readiness and execution for CLM journeys and creative updates (~20% of role): • Align with leadership on go/no-go decisions, oversee QA (filling gaps as needed across copy matrices, feature placement, and link/PT testing), monitor live launches, and drive urgent in-launch decisions; manage journey refreshes including new creative and audiences. Years of Experience • 7+ years of experience in campaign management, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or a related marketing strategy function. Required Skills (Must-have) • Demonstrated background in lifecycle marketing campaigns, including brief development and segmentation strategy • Prior hands-on experience working with CRM tools — examples include Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, Responsys • Strong data storytelling skills • Able to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable business narratives for non-analyst audiences • Prior hands-on experience working with analytics/reporting tools — examples include Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or SQL-based reporting/ querying tools • High attention to detail, particularly across multi-market (US / Rest of World) campaign execution, including scope and segmentation management Preferred / Nice-to-have: • Proven ability to manage launch readiness end-to-end, including QA oversight and live go/no-go decision-making • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional partners concisely and confidently About Aquent: Aquent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.
