This isn't just about sending emails-it's about scaling impact through automation and delivering a world-class e-commerce experience. The Ideal Candidate You are a program management pro who lives and breathes high ownership and insisting on high standards. You don't just run campaigns; you optimize the systems behind them. • Strategic Executor: You've led end-to-end traffic campaigns (Email, Push, Onsite) within e-commerce or grocery industries. • Efficiency Expert: You have a "work smart" mindset, leveraging automation tools and templates to eliminate repetitive tasks. • Stakeholder Lead: You're comfortable being the primary point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring creative and copy are pitch-perfect. • Technical Auditor: You have the aptitude to monitor real-time performance and the analytical "spidey-sense" to optimize on the fly. Key Responsibilities • Multi-Market Deployment: Own the setup and deployment of O&O campaigns in 2+ European languages (German/English). • End-to-End Coordination: Partner with local marketing teams to align on strategy, messaging, and creative assets. • Optimization & Analytics: Monitor live metrics and collaborate with central analytics to turn data into actionable future strategies. • Quality Bar Raiser: Conduct rigorous pre-launch checks to ensure a seamless customer experience and brand alignment. • Market Expert: Act as the local language authority for the growth marketing team, troubleshooting and scheduling across multiple markets. Basic Qualifications • Native-level German fluency and professional fluency in English. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, web analytics, and lifecycle marketing. • Hands-on experience with Excel/Tableau (including macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation). • A track record of using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
