Job Title : Cards Business Analyst
Location : Hanover, NJ | Hybrid
Job Description:
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience
• Experience with User stories acceptance criteria
• Process modeling BPMN flowcharts
• Data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence, MS Excel & PowerPoint Visio
• Basic understanding of Databases and data flows, APIs and system integrations preferred
• Banking OR Financial Services OR Insurance
• Payments Regulatory Risk or Compliance systems
• Customer experience or workflow platforms eg Pega Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
