Role description
• Facilitate sessions to analyze and capture data extraction, transformation and load requirements into Process Intelligence and Mining tool, Celonis.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by leveraging Celonis to analyze current workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Lead the system testing effort of the developed ETL solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Participate in the design, development and testing of RPA based solutions for process automation.
• Provide ongoing support to business and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement in the areas of Process Intelligence and Automation.
• Proven experience as a Process and Data Analyst.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Celonis required.
• Utility industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Process Intelligence toolsets (Celonis), Process Automation tools (RPA - UiPath, Microsoft Power Apps.
