Change Management Analyst

Akkodis is recruiting for a Change Management Analyst for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay rate of $50 an hour to $65 an hour, depending on education and experience. • Assist the tech leads and Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) with project execution by gathering critical project metrics and assist with lean initiatives • Assist the engineering team with task execution and help with engineering tools • Assist section and technical managers with 3rd party resource management • Point of contact for providing access to tools (RTC, Box, DOORS, Rally, Spotfire, Confluence, Jira) • Develop, implement, and maintain tools/metrics that help engineers • Provide CNMS leadership with inputs to help make strategic decisions on individual projects and products. • Experience with MS Office tools to generate project deliverable plan lines (burn-up/burn-down charts), Metrics slides. • Familiarity with Regulated Engineering Development Process • Advanced Excel Skills using Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables and Macros • Developing, presenting and tracking KPIs • Experience with DOORS and Version Control tools • DOORS eXtension Language (DXL) experience desired • Experience with change management and config management process/tools • Familiarity with creating schedule and network diagrams • Familiarity with Earned Value and Activity Based Management methods • US Person desired due to access restrictions to tools • Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline. • 5-10 years experience in the industry. if interested, forward resume to tina.johnsonkelley@akkodisgroup.com Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disab ledMilitary connected talent encouraged to ap plyBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
